Molly had an additional challenge... she takes SSRIs, drugs for mental health that cause a common side effect of weight gain. She felt like she had to choose between her mental health or physical health... lose weight and stop taking her life saving meds or stay on meds with weight that was affecting her health and daily life. She felt hopeless at times.
She was taking 3 hour daily naps from a lack of energy. She worried bc she was losing time with her kids and her sweet ass self.
So, she pushed through the fear and started working with me because I KNEW healthy, sustainable weight loss + energy were possible for her despite her unique challenges.
